loquaro
The AI agent your customers can actually talk to.
It makes your outbound calls and answers your inbound ones — collections, reminders, surveys, reception — in your customers' own language. Don't take our word for how it sounds.

Use cases
The agent is whoever you need it to be.
A collections officer, a receptionist, a survey caller — same agent, different job. Pick the calls you'd hand it.
How it works
Three steps, and the phone starts ringing.
-
01
Tell it what to say
You decide what the agent says, what it needs to find out, and in which language. We shape it with you.
-
02
It gets on the phone
It makes your calls or answers them — ten a day or ten thousand, without you hiring anyone.
-
03
You see what happened
Every call comes back the way you want it kept — the result, the transcript, the recording.
Control
Your calls, on your terms.
Capacity
Ten calls a day, or ten thousand.
- Capacity grows and shrinks with your needs — without hiring anyone
- Start, pause, or stop at any moment
- The same conversation quality on the first call and the last
The record
You decide what's kept.
- Recordings, transcripts, logged results — all of it, or only what your policy allows
- Results sorted the way you defined them, not free-text notes
- Listen to any call and see exactly what your customers heard
Pricing is usage-based — you pay for call time, not seats or licenses. We'll size it with you in the pilot.
Common questions
Asked on every first call.
Does it really sound like a person?
You shouldn't take our word for that. The same agent that makes our clients' calls is on this site — open the demo, pick a language, and push back the way a real customer would. Talk to it now
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
That's your call. We shape the greeting together during the pilot — many businesses have the agent introduce itself as an AI. Whatever you choose, if a customer asks directly, the agent never claims to be human.
Is it legal to have an AI make and record these calls?
These are ordinary business calls — the same rules that apply when your staff dials apply here. The greeting and recording notice follow the rules of your market, and if a customer asks whether they're talking to an AI, the agent answers honestly. During the pilot we walk through your script and obligations together, so every call your customers get is one your own policy has approved.
What happens when a call needs a human?
The agent speaks freely around your script, but never past it: no invented facts, no promises you didn't authorize. Situations you want a person to handle — disputes, hardship cases, anyone who asks for one — it closes politely, and they come back flagged in your report with the recording and transcript. Your team decides who calls back and when.
What if it mishears someone, or the line is bad?
The agent is under strict rules: never invent facts, and when speech is unclear, ask again rather than treat it as an answer. And because every call comes back with its recording and transcript, no result rests on what the agent thought it heard — your team can always check the call itself.
Where do the recordings and data go?
Onto a server dedicated to you — hosted in the EU, Azerbaijan, Georgia, or another region if your policy requires it. We keep exactly what you asked to keep — recordings, transcripts, logged results, or less — deleted on your schedule and never used to train anything. The live demo on this site stores no audio at all.
Who sets all of this up?
We do. You tell us what the calls need to accomplish; we write the script with you, test it, and you approve every word before anyone is called. You get the results — not a configuration screen.
Who is behind loquaro?
loquaro is built and operated by Developers Alliance LLC, Tbilisi, Georgia — the full legal details are in the footer. Deployments are handled by the team that builds the agent itself, so script changes, fixes, and questions go to the engineers who ship the product, not a support queue.
How is it priced?
Usage-based — you pay for call time, not seats or licenses. We size the pilot together, so you know what a campaign costs before it starts.
What if the customer hangs up, or the number is wrong?
That's an outcome too. No-answers, wrong numbers, and refusals come back sorted in your report — so your team's time goes to the calls that actually need a human.
Talk to it first. Then talk to us.
If the agent sounds right to you, book a demo and we'll shape a pilot around your calls.
